Disenrollment

As part of its annual enrollment process, Kawaikini must determine the number of spaces in each grade level that are available for new applications. When a student leaves Kawaikini, this creates an opening that could potentially be filled with another incoming student. To indicate your intention to disenroll your child at Kawaikini, please fill out the following form and return it to the office no later than February 17, 2023.

Please list the child’s name currently enrolled in Kawaikini who will not be continuing their enrollment:
By submitting this online form, I am acknowledging that my child will not be enrolling at Kawaikini for the next school year. I understand that by doing this, I am allowing my child’s place in the school to be made available to new applicants. I also agree to work with Kawaikini staff to ensure a smooth transition for my child, including timely submission of all necessary paperwork and an exit survey.
